Kitchen utensil with a relatively large (approx. 6-7 cm diameter) and sturdy stainless steel cutting wheel, fixed in a wooden, plastic or aluminum handle that flares out towards the wheel to protect the fingers.
With a pizza wheel you can cut a pizza base out of the dough and, when the pizza is baked, you can cut it into slices with it.
